The answer according to the book is $1,200. But I used the following formula:
$4,000 * (1.06)^5
This formula does not give me the right solution of $1,200 interest though. But why doesn’t it work? I believe I learned to do it like that before. Is the formula that I used, used for something different? And if yes, for what?, more
